Lagos Life housing snapshot
🎓Hall of Residence
A student-only hall bunk unlocked through the UNILAG path. This record is listed in UNILAG, Akoka in official client build 1791640165.
What this home means
Reserved for the UNILAG student path.
The Hall of Residence is tied to the UNILAG route rather than the regular Lagos starting-home list. The live game still controls whether your character can enter that path.
The next higher rent tier is Face-me-I-face-you in Mushin, a difference of ₦1,200 per week. The median across all eight checked housing records is ₦31,000.
Snapshot boundary
Rent and access fields—not a buying guide.
This page uses the home record shipped by the official Lagos Life web client in build 1791640165, checked 10 October 2026. Weekly rent, size, guest capacity and the client money field can change after that build.
No purchase price is shown because the home record does not store one. We do not infer furniture, utilities, neighbourhood bonuses or the account state needed to move in. The live Houses screen is the final reference.
